
Here’s what I do to stay in shape everyday.
I practice meditation breathing, do 15-20 minutes workout, push-up etc., walk the dogs 30 minutes and take these supplements:

The fox is a quick learner and always sharpens his knowledge, do you?
He is lean and observes all players in the forest, he understands what they do, what they need and when they do what they do. He also wait at the right place at the right time to meet with you when you least expect him, he is a smart buyer!
Are you a smart buyer? If you are bad at selling how can you be good at buying?

If your why is to pay your bills it means you are in surviving mode and if it’s conformable, you might very well then be a walking dead. That is why success is always outside of your comfort zone. When the why or the dream requires you to stretch until you reach that thing you are obsess with all the energy required and expanded will always renew by itself.
Without energy your desire dies. Why most people have low energy? Why most people do not believe they can learn new skills that are worthwhile?
