Here’s a time management tip that’ll help you get more done in less time.

Before you go to bed, make sure you plan out the next time.Write down 5 things you need to do and then rank them in order of importance.

When you wake up the next day, you immediate start working on the #1 ranked task before you move on to the rest.

Even if you don’t get anything else done, you still worked on the most important thing you had to do for the day.

Where Do I Land?

Paradise - Where Do I Land?

We are not stuck to work in a factory anymore, the airplane revolution 100 years ago allowed us to go everywhere!

We are not condemned to work in an office anymore, the Internet revolution 20 years ago changed everything.

The question is, when will you decide to learn how to work where you want, with who you want, when you want on things you like and want?

Thanks to Lyndall Edmonds Buulolo for the photo, she did made the good choices !

How Much Exercise is Enough?

How Much Exercise is Enough?

Let’s get right to the big question: How much exercise is “enough”?

Here’s what the World Health Organization (WHO) says is the smallest amount of exercise you need to get the maximum benefits:

“…adults aged 18–64 should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or do at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or an equivalent combination of moderate – and vigorous-intensity activity.”

This could give you a free health benefit right away, what are the other free health benefits out there? Comment me to find out.
